At Chaahat, we craft premium fragrances designed to leave a lasting impression wherever you go. Because alcohol-based perfumes are classified as regulated liquid items for air freight, we take meticulous care in packaging, customs compliance, and carrier selection to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely.

Order Processing Times

• Processing Time: All international orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and WhatsApp update containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Worldwide Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines

We partner with specialized international couriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, and Aramex) that are licensed to handle and transport cosmetics and hazardous goods securely.

Address Verification & Special Address Instructions

• GCC & Middle East Addresses: Customers in the UAE, Qatar, and other GCC countries are kindly requested to provide an exact Building/Villa Number, Street Name, District, and Mobile Number (Active on WhatsApp) to assist local couriers with final delivery.

• P.O. Boxes: Due to courier restrictions on regulated liquids, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking Updates: You can track your shipment step-by-step using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

• Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Reshipping fees will apply.

• Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event that your package arrives damaged during international transit, please photograph the outer package and damaged bottle immediately and contact us at chaahat.official112@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 325 366 4657 within 48 hours of delivery so we can dispatch a replacement or arrange resolution.

• Every full-sized bottle purchased comes with a complimentary 5ml matching sample vial.

• The customer must test the 5ml sample first. They can return the unopened, cellophane-wrapped full-sized bottle within 30 days for a full refund if they don't like the scent.

• If a bottle arrives damaged, defective (e.g., a broken atomizer), or if the wrong scent was shipped, you offer a free exchange or full refund.

• Opened or gently used perfumes cannot be refunded to the original payment method, but they can be exchanged for another Chaahat scent or store credit within 14 days.

• If you change your mind, any unopened perfume in its original cellophane wrapping can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

• If your bottle arrives damaged or with a faulty spray mechanism, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will rush a replacement to you at no extra cost.
